Founded by husband-and-wife team Joe and Rita Stott, we combine skilled craftsmanship with a professional, streamlined client experience — tailored to meet the demands of high-end residential projects.
Joe is a qualified plumber and certified gas engineer with hands-on experience across multi-home developments. His background in project management and practical problem-solving ensures every job is delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard. Rita draws on over a decade of combined experience in customer experience, people management, training, and design — handling operations, communication, and quality assurance with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
