STOTT Plumbing & Heating: Referral Bonus Scheme
Purpose:
To reward individuals who introduce new business opportunities that result in paid projects.
Eligible Referrers:
Self-employed contractors actively working with STOTT
Employees
Trusted contacts approved by management
Qualifying Referrals:
A referral qualifies for a bonus if:
The referred developer, main contractor, or project contact is not already in active discussion with STOTT
The introduction is made via email, phone, or written communication before we provide a quote
The introduction leads to paid work (minimum project value applies: £2,000+ labour)
Referral Bonus Amounts:
£100–£250 for small jobs (e.g. one home or minor works)
£500–£1,000+ for full site or multi-plot projects
Discretionary top-ups may be issued for repeat work, high-value relationships, or long-term collaboration
Payment Terms:
Bonuses are paid after the first invoice is settled by the referred client
Payment is made by bank transfer or added to the next pay/invoice
Non-Eligible Cases:
Referrals made after quoting or contact has already been established
Referrals that do not result in paid work
